Qualifikationen

• Must be an ophthalmologist nearing the end of their training or in possession of CCT.

Aufgaben

• Work with five glaucoma consultants on complex glaucoma workload.
• Gain experience in newer minimal invasive glaucoma surgeries (Preserflo Microshunt, canaloplasty, trabeculotomy, suprachoroidal shunt).
• Become a fully trained independent trabeculectomy surgeon by the end of the fellowship.
• Undertake supervised and independent cataract surgery lists with exposure to angle-closure eyes.
• Contribute to research and training in the department.
