Job summary

• Substantial utility mapping background with 5+ years' specialist experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory or project management capability.
• Professional membership of CICES or RICS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple utility survey projects from instruction, resourcing, and mobilisation through to final sign-off and delivery.
• Mentor Utility Surveyors and Trainees while conducting site audits to uphold SHEQ standards.
• Provide technical guidance across PAS 128 specifications and review deliverables for technical accuracy.
• Manage variations, monitor project budgets, and drive commercial margin performance.
