Job summary

ITI Group in Glasgow seeks a Project Manager to lead build-to-print control panel and major hardware projects. You’ll manage full lifecycle from client engagement to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

Role requires strong organisation, technical control/automation knowledge, and collaboration with clients, engineers, and suppliers to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Proven PM and team leadership experience.
• Structured project delivery lifecycle at Level 5 Engineer or Level 4 PM.
• 2–3 years at Level 5/4 or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and other contract forms.
• Experience with IT/OT solution delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Lead project meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Serve as primary client contact across the lifecycle.
• Align build-to-print control panels with requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Coordinate procurement and production for materials.
• Ensure quality management and compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
