Job summary

North-PB, based in Glasgow, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of technology, infrastructure, and service-led projects for our customers. You will drive projects from inception to handover, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in technology, infrastructure, or construction.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and health and safety practices.
• Experience managing budgets, change control, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with MS Project and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to handover, ensuring successful customer outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and plans with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Oversee passive fire protection and fire stopping requirements following penetration works, maintaining fire compartment integrity.
