Job summary

ITI Group in Glasgow is seeking a Project Manager to lead build-to-print control panel and major hardware projects. You will manage full lifecycle from client engagement to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong organisational skills and deep understanding of control and automation systems, with collaboration across clients, engineers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Appropriate Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Undertaken a structured project delivery lifecycle as a Level 5 Engineer or Level 4 Project Manager.
• Minimum 1 years (typically 2-3 years) successful and productive experience at Level 5 Engineer or Level 4 Project Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate with procurement and production teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
