Job summary

Central Employment Agency (North East) Ltd. is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive in Glasgow to join the Business Development team. The role is full-time and permanent, offering a circa £29,000 salary plus a non-contractual quarterly bonus.

You will identify new opportunities, contact customers by phone, email and social media, and build lasting relationships to drive revenue. Full training will be provided; previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident engaging with customers over the phone and via email.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service or sales experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential new customers across a variety of industries.
• Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via telephone, email and social media.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Generate new business opportunities and support the growth of existing accounts.
• Promote products and services whilst identifying customer needs.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
