Job summary
Marie Curie Hospice in Glasgow is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team. You will help keep the building safe, welcoming and well-maintained for patients, families and staff.
You’ll carry out safety checks, monitor plant rooms and respond to maintenance issues, coordinating contractors and supporting hospice operations with professionalism and respect.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday; salary band £29,103 to £31,409 on Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 3.
Qualifications
- Must perform safety and compliance checks.
- Experience monitoring plant rooms and oxygen systems.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and support hospice operations.
- Professional and respectful approach to end‑of‑life care.
