We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Development Chef to join Six Company – the team behind Six by Nico and our growing family of restaurants.

Based in Glasgow, you’ll play a key role in shaping our food offering, helping to design and develop new menus and concepts that surprise and delight our guests. If you love innovation, big ideas, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create and test new tasting menus and food concepts
• Work closely with senior chefs and the operations team
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Supporting training and menu rollouts across the group
• Keeping up with food trends and bringing fresh inspiration to the table
