Responsibilities:
The Head Chef oversees the entire operation of their YO! Kitchen and is responsible for the safety of our teams and guests.
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, you are committed to food quality, adherence to specifications, and preparing each YO! dish excellently. You foster a positive environment, ensuring team satisfaction and guest happiness. You are passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience, developing your team to Super Squad status, and driving profitability through effective control of food costs.
You are proficient in all kitchen sections, capable of preparing fish, cooking rice, rolling sushi, and maintaining daily kitchen standards. You lead energetic shifts, ensuring every part of the day delivers an exceptional experience for guests and staff.
