Job summary

Churchill Group in Glasgow is seeking a Cleaning Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations at a large global banking organization headquarters in central Glasgow. The role focuses on day-to-day cleaning operations, maintaining high cleaning standards, and ensuring contract compliance.

You will lead Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaning Operatives, act as the primary client liaison, and drive customer satisfaction and service quality. Salary is £35,000–£38,000 per annum with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning contracts with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management skills, and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams.
• Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits.
• Leading regular contract and specification review meetings with clients.
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.
