Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader for our Milton Keynes site. The role includes supporting the Site/Account Manager to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained across all sites, and training new team members.

This hands-on position will also involve covering cleaning duties and liaising with clients as required to deliver outstanding, safe environments. DBS clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning teams.
• Ability to liaise with clients and sites.
• Experience training new team members.

• Support the Site/Account Manager to ensure cleaning standards across the site.
• Train new team members and supervise daily cleaning duties.
