Job summary

Churchill Services in Glasgow is seeking a Cleaning Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations at a large global banking organisation headquarters in central Glasgow. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring high cleaning standards, health and safety compliance, and leading a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaning Operatives.

The role offers a salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth within our Scotland & North Cleaning division and

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning contracts with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management skills, and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams.
• Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits.
• Leading regular contract and specification review meetings with clients.
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth.
