Job summary

Enable Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator for Bankhall and Annandale Care Homes in Glasgow to lead Personal Assistants with the Service Manager. You will support safe, person-centred care and promote independence and dignity.

You will manage inductions, supervision, rotas and on-call cover, travel across Glasgow, and build strong relationships with families and health professionals. Salary £30,900 per annum plus on-call payment.

Qualifications

• Organised and compassionate leader with a commitment to excellent support.
• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical needs.
• Experience using person-centred planning techniques.
• Strong facilitation to help staff own the quality of support.
• Ability to communicate with people supported, families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support Personal Assistants; conduct supervision and reviews.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and promote independence.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas and manage records.
• Build relationships with families and external agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel to services across Glasgow.
