Job summary

Ailsa Response is seeking Agency Care Assistants to provide person-centred care to adults in the Glasgow area and surrounding settings. You will assist with daily activities, meal prep and personal care, and you will document visit details accurately.

Flexible shifts, weekly pay, and structured rotas are available, with training provided. Join a team delivering high-quality care across community and care home settings.

Qualifications

• Travel Requirements: You must be able to get to your first client in Glasgow for 8am.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including some Saturdays and Sundays.
• At least 6 months of paid care experience in the UK is required. This must be a job role that includes personal care.

Responsibilities

• As an Agency Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to adults in the community in Glasgow.
• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
