Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger, Cash Allocations or Accounts Receivables in a large or complex business is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate unallocated cash and liaise with brokers and clients.
• Collect premiums and ensure timely payments.
• Manage high volumes of queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform client statement reconciliations and provide commentary on aged debt reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to improve processes and ensure policy compliance.
