Job summary

The Travel Corporation in Port Glasgow is seeking a Cash and Banking Manager to lead day-to-day cash and banking operations across multiple entities and currencies. Hybrid role requiring strong financial operations experience and a passion for developing people.

Reporting to the Head of Cash and Banking, you will drive reconciliations, payments, forecasting and controls while partnering with Group Treasury to optimise liquidity and governance.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Keep cash operations running smoothly across entities and currencies.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and payments with strong controls.
• Partner with Group Treasury to coordinate funding and liquidity planning.
• Strengthen short-term cash forecasting and identify risks/opportunities.
• Drive smarter ways of working through automation and technology.
• Manage banking administration and governance, including audits.
• Build relationships with Treasury, Finance and stakeholders to resolve issues.
