Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust invites applications for a consultant with subspecialty GI radiology to join a team of five GI radiologists. The post provides acute and elective GI imaging, image-guided interventions, and participation in multidisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable, significant subspecialist GI radiology experience.
• Ability to image-guided interventions and participate in GI MDT meetings.
• Experience in teaching radiology trainees and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Subspecialty interest in GI radiology to participate in all imaging and MDT meetings.
• General acute cross-sectional imaging for in-patients and out-of-hours cover.
• Provide training for GI radiology trainees and staff within the unit.
• Support flexible working and development of innovative job plans.
• Collaborate with the Solent Centre for Digestive Diseases and related services.
