Job summary

TikTok is seeking a writer to collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Design, and Localization to craft campaign content for TikTok LIVE (DACH). You will educate creators and viewers, drive engagement of LIVE features, and uphold our German GTM materials and style guidelines.

Independence, proactivity, and strong problem-solving are essential as you juggle multiple projects and shape product narratives with your team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and operations to align on goals.
• Write and own campaign quality from concept to launch while adapting messaging for local relevance.
• Manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment through clear communication.
• Navigate rapid changes, ambiguity, and evolving requirements while maintaining high-quality output.
• Maintain a writing portfolio including UI copy, campaign content, launch material, and style guide contributions.

Responsibilities

• Write and own the quality of TikTok LIVE campaigns for the German market.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, localization, and regional ops to set a high bar for user experience.
• Ensure consistency between global campaigns localized into German and local campaigns written in German.
• Contribute to content standards and champion best practices in the team.
• Manage and prioritize multi-stakeholder projects and identify process improvements to enhance collaboration.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus based on feedback to improve outputs.
• Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
