Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience interacting with German-speaking users or creators.
Strong written and spoken German; able to communicate clearly with a German-speaking audience.
Proven ability to manage market-specific inquiries with end-to-end resolution.

Responsibilities

Handle customer/creator inquiries via CRM tools or direct contact.
Identify root causes and provide resolutions; log knowledge base entries.
Escalate critical cases promptly to appropriate authorities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and close escalations.
Seek opportunities to reduce recurring problems and improve processes.
Respond to escalations quickly, professionally, and in line with quality standards.
Follow established procedures while delivering high-quality service.
Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
