German Speaking Telesales Advisor

Work From Home German Speaking Telesales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor

A full-time, daytime work-from-home opportunity with a lead generation firm has arisen, operating Monday to Friday. You will need to supply your own computer, headset, and have reliable broadband. The role involves answering calls from individuals interested in renting a space, collecting their contact details, and passing them to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Your own computer (specifications: Intel Core i7 10th gen or equivalent, 12GB RAM, 256GB SSD; full specs available on request)
• A USB headset
• Very good home broadband
• Fluency in German

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls following a calling guide to ensure a consistent customer experience
2. Respond to support tickets via a customer service platform
3. Make outbound calls to return missed calls or voicemails
4. Route qualified leads via email using a template based on pre-defined rules
5. Log all qualified leads into a CRM system
6. Maintain communication with the team supervisor and report any irregularities in inquiry volumes or responses
7. Provide a seamless and consistent customer experience
