Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is hiring Solutions Engineers to build its presales function in DACH. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in SaaS.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery and AE agenda.
• Applies solution designs with Product and Customer Success as needed.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and support discovery calls with AE to understand customer requirements and challenges.
• Deliver demonstrations that present Synthesia's value and handle objections.
• Identify technical questions and work with the team to find a path forward.
• Contribute technical fit assessments to shape account and deal strategy.
• Maintain deal visibility with the team on status, timeline, and dependencies.
• Build and maintain reusable demo assets and integration templates.
• Provide guidance on platform capabilities, APIs, security, and scalability.
