• Operational Orchestration: manage diverse workstreams, budgets and timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Value Demonstration: implement rigorous reporting to show ROI of creative and strategic output.
• Talent Management: mentor and develop direct reports, fostering high performance.
• Commercial Growth: oversee profitability, pricing and resource allocation, identify growth opportunities.
• Pitch Leadership: drive new business through integrated pitches with cross-practice teams.
• Network Integration: collaborate across interagency networks to address stakeholder needs.
