Job summary

C4 Logistics Limited is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Executive to source new business in the German market. The role covers the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demos, and sale closure, all conducted by phone/online.

Ideal candidates have outbound sales experience and are confident on the phone, with a track record of securing new clients. The position offers remote or hybrid work with headquarters in Coventry and standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• German fluency in speaking and writing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent telephone communication.
• Willingness to hunt for new business.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with prospects (cold, warm, hot).
• Acquire new business and upsell to existing customers; chase referrals.
• Keep accurate customer information in the company CRM.
• Conduct service calls to existing customers to upsell or gain referrals.
• Role can be fully remote or hybrid/in-person at Coventry headquarters.
