Ultimo, part of IFS, is hiring a German-speaking BDR to cover the DACH region from UK HQ near London. The role sits in a deliberate 18–24 month sales academy that develops you into an Account Executive, with structured coaching and milestone reviews.

You'll work from a hybrid setup alongside our IFS team in Staines. You'll start by researching target accounts, opening conversations with senior decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities, progressing through a full BDR quota and then into

Qualificações

• German as a native or near-native language and strong English communication.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and what it solves for real businesses.
• Confidence picking up the phone and opening a conversation with a senior professional.
• Coachability and genuine drive to develop.

Responsabilidades

• Research target accounts and understand their operations and challenges.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn in German and English.
• Qualify prospects, identify business problems, and build early relationships.
• Book high‑quality meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute to pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Pre‑Sales to understand the enterprise deal cycle.
