Job summary

Ultimo, part of IFS, is hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative to cover the DACH region from our UK base in Staines. The role sits on the Ultimo Sales Academy, a structured 18–24 month programme delivering coaching, salary progression, and a clear path to Account Executive.

You'll conduct German and English outreach, research target accounts, qualify opportunities, and hand off to Account Executives, with CRM updates and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• German as native or near-native, plus strong English communication.
• Analytical mindset and interest in technology or business.
• Willingness to learn and progress through a structured academy.
• Customer-facing, consultative selling mindset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and understand their operations and challenges.
• Conduct personalised outreach in German and English via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects, identify problems, and build early-stage relationships.
• Book high-quality meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM records and contribute to pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to understand the enterprise deal cycle.
