Job summary

Euro London Appointments Ltd is seeking a German-speaking International Account Manager to join our growing international business in Brighton. The role focuses on managing an existing portfolio of German-speaking and international clients, while expanding the customer base across Europe.

You will travel internationally several times per year, build strong client relationships, and work across internal teams to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of German-speaking and international clients.
• Build new relationships and identify opportunities to expand the customer network across the DACH region and wider Europe.
• Act as a key point of contact, providing excellent account management and customer service.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and encourage continued participation in programmes.
• Develop relationships with new business partners and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate client requirements, including registrations, travel arrangements and administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage client communications.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
• Attend international business gatherings, including regular travel to Germany and the USA.
