Burberry is seeking a German-speaking HR Operations Coordinator to deliver thoughtful, accurate HR support across Burberry’s European business. You will manage HR administration through the lifecycle, onboarding, changes, absences, and departures, collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure quality interactions.

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover based at the Leeds Queen Street office with a hybrid mix of four days in the office and one at home.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR shared services or HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams for documentation and data handling.

• Manage accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts and changes.
• Resolve HR queries relating to onboarding, absence and departures.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and HR Partners to provide guidance aligned with policies.
• Prepare accurate documentation for formal processes within service levels.
• Use HR data and feedback to identify trends and improve the service experience.
• Build trusted relationships and support annual reward activity and HR projects.
