Job summary

OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to manage, protect, and grow our hotel portfolio across the EMEA region. You will partner with sales, product, and marketing to drive ROI and report on account health using data-driven insights.

This remote UK role requires 5+ years in account management, travel up to 50%, and fluency in German and English. You’ll optimize OpenTable technology for hotels, manage transitions from signed to live, and influence

Qualifications

• German business-level proficiency.
• 5+ years in account management or equivalent.
• Experience under pressure or with ambitious goals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Aptitude for data-driven decisions and insights.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed retention and revenue goals for the hotel portfolio.
• Optimize OpenTable technology for each hotel account to ensure satisfaction.
• Document client communications in Salesforce and report KPI trends to leadership.
• Demonstrate expertise across OpenTable solutions to address client challenges at the C-suite level.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and feature requirements to Product and Marketing teams.
• Assist Hotels Account Executives to transition clients from signing to live.
