Job summary

Light is seeking an Implementation Manager to own customer implementations from contract signature to go-live for the DACH region. You will work directly with CFOs, Finance Directors and Controllers to design solutions and ensure every customer is set up for success, solving complex finance challenges and influencing the evolution of our platform.

You will lead implementations, partner with senior finance leaders, configure the platform to match client processes, and manage data migrations,

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP or finance software within consulting or SaaS.
• Proficient in German.
• Ability to manage end-to-end deployments with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple end-to-end ERP implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Partner with senior finance leaders during delivery.
• Configure Light around each customer’s finance processes.
• Manage data migration, timelines and project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Help shape implementation delivery as the company scales.
