Job summary

Light is seeking an Implementation Manager to own customer implementations from contract signature through go-live for the DACH region. You will design solutions, lead implementations and ensure customers are set up for success, working with CFOs and finance leaders.

No two projects are the same; you'll solve complex finance challenges, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and influence how we scale our platform while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP/finance software end-to-end.
• Proficient in German; builds credibility with senior finance stakeholders.
• Enjoys solving challenging problems and taking ownership.
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Uses AI to work smarter and deliver results.
• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Workday Financials is a bonus, but not essential.

The Role

As an Implementation Manager, you'll own customer implementations from contract signature through to go-live for the DACH region.

Working directly with CFOs, Finance Directors and Controllers, you'll design solutions, lead implementations and ensure every customer is set up for success.

No two projects are the same. You'll solve complex finance challenges, work closely with Product and Engineering, and have real influence over both the customer experience and the evolution of our platform.
