Safer Hand Solutions is seeking a European Business Development Executive to join our European sales team. Based in Cheshire East with hybrid working, you will identify new customers, build relationships across Europe, and drive growth in international markets.

You will generate opportunities, present tailored proposals, and manage CRM pipelines while collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues. Travel across Europe is expected to support business development efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German and English (essential).
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable with outbound approaches and developing new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
• Additional European language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
