Job summary

French Selection in Congleton is seeking a German-speaking Sales Executive to develop the European market and drive growth. The role offers up to £32,000 plus bonus and the possibility of up to 2 days from home after probation.

You will identify leads, manage relationships with distributors and clients, support the BD manager, and present to new clients. Occasional travel to regional trade shows is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential.
• Experience in sales or account management is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Develop the European market and drive company growth.
• Identify, target and follow up on leads for new business opportunities within the European market.
• Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and build long term relationships with distributors and clients.
• Support the Business Development manager with following up on warm leads and sales administration.
• Pitch to new clients, including preparation and delivery of tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
• Track sales pipeline and regularly report on meetings and sales leads.
• Attend regional trade shows and exhibitions where required (approx. 8 per year).
