You will manage orders in SAP, support Milliken Sales Managers, and ensure efficient, accurate information flow with customers. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and the chance to contribute to world-class service within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Fluent business-level German and English.
• Experience in customer service and order management.
• Ability to work with cross-region teams (UK/Europe/DACH).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries from enquiry to delivery.
• Enter and manage orders in SAP and coordinate with sales managers.
• Provide timely updates and resolve issues to maintain service levels.
