Cumberland Farms in the UK is seeking a German-speaking Credit Controller to join our transactional finance team. You will manage customer accounts, chase payments and help maximise cash collection while aligning with company policies. The role reports to the Credit Control Team Leader and offers hybrid working up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a Credit Control role.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proactive, ambitious and driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to maximise cash collection and minimise risk.
• Maintain accurate records of chasing and payment promises.
• Assist with workload of team members as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement in days debts remain overdue.
• Collaborate with operational teams across the Group.
