Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Transaction Shared Service Centre in the UK. You will support the Credit Manager and Credit Control team to maximise cash collection, minimise credit risk and support key KPIs.

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, review debt, update ERP records, and contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Credit Management function. This hybrid role offers progression and benefits across a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial information.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new customer account setup and set credit limits and security as required.
• Chase outstanding debt and maintain records of collections and promises.
• Review aged debt and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Maintain ERP data and security records.
• Support queries and collaborate with internal teams and customers.
• Prepare monthly debtor reconciliations and bad debt provisions.
• Assist in credit management projects and cover for team leaders.
