EG Group is seeking a German-speaking Credit Controller to join the Cumberland Farms operation on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will manage customer accounts to maximise cash collection, maintain records of payments, and support process improvements within a growing finance team.

The role requires fluent German, experience in credit control, ERP systems, and excellent Excel skills. Hybrid working is available, with on-site amenities and a focus on accuracy and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German with professional communication.
• Proven experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to maximise cash collection and minimise risk.
• Maintain accurate records of chasing and payment promises.
• Support team with workload and process improvements.
• Handle new customer accounts and set/monitor credit limits.
• Build relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
• Escalate issues timely when needed.
• Collaborate with operational teams across the Group.
