Job Description:

Robert Half are working in exclusively with a values-led, renowned company in Swindon to recruit a German Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant role to join their finance function on a full-time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to utilise their fluent German speaking skills whilst taking ownership of the accounts payable processes for an assigned business unit. The salary is in excess of £28,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits.

The Role

The main duties of the German Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant role will consist of:

• Processing supplier invoices; inputting date, matching purchase orders.
• Creating and maintaining supplier accounts.
• Liaising with suppliers; building/maintaining strong relationships and deals with queries.
• Supporting the wider finance team with adhoc duties when required.
• Ensuring invoices are prepared accurately for month-end.

Requirements

To be considered for the German Speaking Accounts Payable Assistant role, you must ideally possess the following skills/experience:

• Must be a fluent/mother-tongue in German language.
• Experience within a finance role would be advantageous.
• AAT studier would be considered.
• Inquisitive mindset.
• Strong relationship building skills.
