Multiplier Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Business Development professional in London to identify and engage new leads, deliver compelling pitches and demos, and drive SQL targets. You will collaborate with a Sales Executive in a pod setup and leverage Outreach, Nooks, and Salesforce.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business development or similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with focus on lead generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and ability to identify opportunities.
• Fluency in English & German.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data.
• You love being on the phone with high output prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage new business leads through research, cold outreach, and prospecting.
• Develop and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and demos.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt sales strategies.
• Consistently deliver on SQL targets by outbound activities within geos and ICPs.
• Collaborate with Sales Executive in a pod set-up to hit targets.
• Leverage our tech stack (Outreach, Nooks, Salesforce) to reach prospects.
• Touch a minimum of up to 800 leads per month.
• Schedule 10-20 demos per month.
• 4 days in-office required (based in Central London).
