Job summary

Multiplier Technologies Private Limited in London is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to identify and engage new leads, deliver compelling pitches, and drive outbound sales across the EMEA region. You will work with a Sales Executive in a collaborative pod, use Outreach, Nooks and Salesforce, and handle 800 leads monthly with 10–20 demos.

The role requires 4 days in-office in Central London.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You enjoy phone-based outreach and high-output prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business leads through research, cold outreach, and
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos to effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, adapting sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Consistently deliver on SQL targets by executing outbound sales activities, within your target geos and ideal customer profiles.
• Collaborate with your dedicated Sales Executive in a pod set-up to hit targets.
• Leverage our tech stack (Outreach, Nooks and Salesforce) to reach prospects.
• Touch a minimum of up to 800 leads per month.
• Schedule 10-20 demos per month.
• 4 days in-office required (based in Central London)
