Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is looking for talented professionals to join our Operations team based from the Coatbridge office, with periods on site delivering work to clients across the UK. You will manage day-to-day contracts, focusing on safety, quality and cost control while supporting client relations.

Candidates should have geotechnical sector experience, strong contract management and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates with experience within the geotechnical industry and a solid understanding of ground conditions, drilling and site investigation works.
• Good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management, with strong communication skills.
• Customer-service focused with a professional approach; liaise effectively with clients and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational control of contracts within the UK.
• Focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme and customer service.
• Maintain commercial awareness to ensure successful delivery for clients and the business.
• Work with the site team to ensure contracts perform in line with budget and schedule.
