Job summary

Soil Engineering Geoservices Limited is seeking ambitious Graduates to join our Operations team at the Coatbridge office, delivering projects for clients across the UK. You will work with project delivery teams on site, logging core, monitoring, and supporting day-to-day operational control with emphasis on safety, quality, productivity and cost control.

The role involves UK travel, a keen willingness to learn, and hands-on training within a long-standing geotechnical contractor network.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ground conditions and site investigation works.
• Good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• On-site participation with project delivery teams across the UK.
• Log core activities, monitor progression, and support operational control of contracts.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and cost control to meet programme targets.
• Develop commercial awareness to support project success for clients and the business.
• Liaise with clients and regional team to ensure effective communication.
