A global Geotechnical and Earthworks specialist is seeking a Head of Projects to lead the UK and Ireland operations. This role involves overseeing project delivery ranging from £50k to £10m+, shaping the company's future through strategic leadership. The ideal candidate has a degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering and proven operational leadership in relevant projects. The position offers a blend of office and hybrid working arrangements and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering geotechnical or ground stabilisation projects in a senior operational or project leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery and commercial considerations.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrable client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the Operational Strategy for the UK and Ireland business.
• Provide leadership of the Project Management function, ensuring best practice.
• Collaborate with Technical and Business Development teams for project support.
