Jacobs is offering a Summer Internship Programme across the UK and Ireland for approximately eight weeks. You will work with a team of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists, applying classroom skills to real business challenges.

The programme provides mentorship from leaders and Champions, with opportunities to connect with interns from different disciplines. You will gain valuable experience and a positive learning journey, supporting major projects and benefiting from Jacobs'

Qualifications

• On track to complete a degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Geology in 2028.
• Penultimate-year student finishing degree in 2028.
• Must have the full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist a diverse team of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists.
• Work with senior team members to provide advice and contribute to projects.
• Gain real-world experience through hands-on tasks and mentorship.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Jacobs to deliver value on major projects.
