Job summary

Pell Frischmann is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead a diverse portfolio of geotechnical projects across infrastructure, transport, water, energy and development sectors. The role offers hybrid work from UK offices and responsibility for technical excellence and project delivery.

You will mentor junior engineers, oversee ground investigations, interpret geotechnical data, and contribute to business development while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or related.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng), Chartered Geologist (CGeol), or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Managing geotechnical projects to time, budget and quality requirements.
• Leading site investigation, assessment and design activities.
• Acting as a technical reviewer and mentor for junior engineers.
• Developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the business.
• Supporting framework and major project opportunities across multiple sectors.
