Qualifications

• Degree (MEng/MSc) in Civil Engineering (geotechnical bias) or related field.
• +3 years’ experience in geotechnical design or site investigations.
• Experience with geotechnical software and standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong numerical and written communication skills for clear technical reports.
• Enthusiastic about learning, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare geotechnical calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports per project standards.
• Design and implement ground investigations and geotechnical solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and colleagues.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• Own professional development with support from senior team members.
• Manage project components and ensure timely delivery.
