Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to support UK infrastructure projects, delivering geotechnical design, ground investigations and technical reporting. You will collaborate with a skilled team and contribute to the accuracy and quality of project outputs.

Role requires 3+ years in geotechnical engineering, proficiency with geotechnical software, and a drive to travel and work on-site in the UK. A UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical bias (MEng/MSc).
• 3+ years in geotechnical design or site investigations.
• Experience with geotechnical software (VDISP/PDISP, WALLAP, REPUTE, Slope/W).
• Strong written communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare geotechnical calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports in line with project standards.
• Contribute to ground investigations and geotechnical design solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Build relationships with clients and project partners, maintaining quality and safety standards.
