Job summary

AECOM's Ground Engineering Team is seeking a Technical Director / Associate Director to lead geotechnical projects across UK markets. You will oversee input, peer review and verification of geotechnical data and design calculations, while providing consultative advice during site selection, optioneering, design and construction.

The role requires delivering effective leadership to the Ground Engineering team, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining a strong industry presence to support

• Experience leading geotechnical projects across multiple sectors.
• Strong ability to review and verify geotechnical data and analyses.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
