Job summary

The candidate will deliver geotechnical designs for permanent and temporary works, contribute to reports and feasibility studies, and mentor junior colleagues while working with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or closely related discipline
• Experience delivering geotechnical design for civil/structural projects
• UK project experience and familiarity with UK standards
• Chartered or progressing toward chartership with recognised body (CEng or CGeol)
• Strong technical reporting and collaborative working skills
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Deliver geotechnical designs for permanent and temporary works
• Provide geotechnical input to civil/structural schemes
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies and options appraisals
• Undertake site inspections and geotechnical surveys as required
• Review and check designs and support client relationships
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate across offices and disciplines
