Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to assist EMEA customers from our London office.

The role blends order processing, technical support, and geospatial imagery operations to help clients define requirements, select imagery, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have GIS/geospatial experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate solutions across teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a professional or B2B setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams).
• Proficient oral and written communication skills; strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Effective diagnostic, troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated adaptability and time management skills; ability to travel internationally (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound email and phone communications.
• Assist customers in defining order requirements, including image selection; apply GIS knowledge.
• Process orders and prepare quotations and feasibility assessments.
• Submit tickets to support internal and customer issues.
• Provide technical support for Vantor’s SaaS programs.
• Use knowledge of company policies to resolve technical questions.
• Perform basic quality control evaluations using satellite imagery and GIS knowledge.
• Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support to demonstrate value and identify opportunities to expand support business.
• Attend training and development courses and provide training to peers and customers as needed.
