Job summary

Met GeoEnvironmental Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Geospatial Surveyor to plan, collect and deliver accurate spatial data across varied sites. You will perform 2D/3D topographical surveys using GNSS, total stations and CAD tools, producing coordinated floor plans, elevations and sections for clients and project teams.

You will work with land, measured building, and utility surveyors, gaining broad experience across disciplines and progressing through the Geospatial Surveyor grades.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2D/3D topographical surveys across varied environments.
• Proficiency with CAD and producing coordinated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, collect, process and present accurate spatial data to required standards.
• Undertake 2D and 3D topographical surveys using total stations, GNSS and spirit levels.
• Carry out measured building surveys to produce coordinated floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Collect site detail to produce accurate survey information for clients and project teams.
• Process survey data with LSS and prepare detailed drawings and plans in AutoCAD.
• Check data and drawings to meet project standards and schedule.
• Maintain surveying equipment and perform routine checks and calibration.
• Communicate progress, site conditions and technical issues clearly to colleagues and managers.
• Work safely and in accordance with company procedures and environmental requirements.
